About me

Who am I ?

And why am I starting this “gang experiment”?

👋 I’m about to turn 47 years old.
For over two decades, I’ve lived and breathed the world of engineering.
After 5 years of technical work, I moved into management—and eventually climbed into senior leadership.

Along the way:

  • For more than 20 years, I have been working to find and solve problems

  • Increased annual profit by USD 20M through process improvements

  • I worked in 4 different companies

  • I left the corporate world twice to start businesses

  • Both times I failed and returned to the workplace

Now, in my 40s, I’m caught in the middle:

  • Parents getting older

  • My wife and kids depending on me

  • Work pressure that never stops

As 50 approaches, so does the anxiety of “what’s next?”

But then something changed.
The rise of AI reignited my entrepreneurial fire.

I’m not a programmer.
I’m not a marketer.
I’m not a designer.
But with AI, I believe I can try again.

That’s why I started Work Gang Lab
It’s my public experiment in building a new kind of business:

  • Documenting every step

  • Sharing failures & progress

  • Showing how AI can empower solopreneurs like me

If you’ve ever felt stuck between responsibilities and dreams, this is for you.
Let’s experiment together.

The most important value,
I can deliver to you.

I’m 47, back at square one.
If I can fight my way forward, you can crush it too.

Monday Roll Call

  • Every Monday morning I share and document every experiment—successes, failures, and lessons learned—along with practical guidance to help you avoid mistakes and stay focused on doing the right things in your entrepreneurial journey.
